Out of phonely , magnify, nextgen which is recommended. Looking for one which is quicker to use , good offline support and doesn't uses that much battery ..
Nextgen is excellent and keeps improving. Efficient and flexible interface, works well to cache feeds for offline viewing, have not noticed any battery impact. Magnify was quirky and erratic during my brief test. Have not tried Phonly, not attracted to its look.
I used Weave for years and loved it, then started looking around at others again earlier this year. I did try phonily and magnify, but they seemed too magazine-y for me (I prefer a newspaper-text read on my phone). Nextgen is my current app, with support for HD (excellent on a 1520's), remotely saved configuration, intuitive interface, and it's universal so I have it on my Surface too.
I still play with RSS readers, as this is a major portion of my day and improvements are always welcome. Nextgen has me for 2014 though
Any advice coming from Android using Pulse (now owned by LinkedIn) ? Thats one of my most used apps, and can't seem to find the right reader for Windows Phone.
