Features that I miss the most

I was using Android, and without researching went and purchased the Lumia 625. I am very new to Windows phone, so please excuse my ignorance.
Either I am not able to locate the features or Microsoft is selling a half baked product.

1. It is annoying to see that there is no way to lock auto rotate feature. :angry:
2. The headphones that come along with the handset lack an option to answer or disconnect calls or pause music. :angry:
3. Every time I have to turn on data/ bluetooth or wifi, I have to go to settings, Android has the control center.:angry:
4. When I open a link on a page in a new tab and go back to the main tab, it reloads:angry:

There is no way to work around any of the 4 issues that you mentioned. Apart from buying new headphones for #2 of course.
