Fewer Samsung Phones on Windows.

Thing is, Windows 10 Mobile doesn't even support anything newer than last-generation chipsets.
 
But W10 "proper" does.

I'm not saying Samsung will release a Windows mobile device once W10 on arm is available, but who knows. Anything can happen. It's in MS' ball court to figure out how to wow devs and OEMs back and make a mobile Windows device viable.
