File Manager in wp 8.1

Does windows phone 8.1 include a file manager ???
It is said to have a "file picker" as was leaked before the official announcement. Anyone who has installed 8.1 dev preview please respond. Has anyone seen it in onedrive ???

You have a some kind of a file manager but not like in Android. You can download a file from web it will go to your OneDrive. Or you can upload a file from your OneDrive. Basically it is not file manager, it's very deep integration with OneDrive.

I bought pocket file manager when I was on 8. Does the work for me. I'd say go for it.

File picker != file manager.

What WP 8.1 has is a file picker, which means that apps can now add in APIs to select a file and use that file in their app. It does not have a full-fledged file manager. That being said, the only app that uses the new file picker so far (at least to my knowledge) is IE11.
