Files missing after w10 update

Yesterday my W10 PC ran a W10 update. I suspect that during the update my internet connection went down (and then reconnected). Oddly Windows is now available, but v slow plus ALL my file including e-mails and backup files do not show any files after July 2021. Of course there are a lot!! How can see all these files again. The files are still saved to the cloud with OneDrive.

I recommend you to uninstall this update and if needed try to install it again...
Open Windows Update then Click Update History and Click Uninstall Update locate the problematic latest update and Uninstall. After uninstall computer prompt you to restart so restart your computer and see the problem persists...
Now if you want the latest update try in install again...
