Filling out PDF forms on Windows phones. Not possible?

On any other mobile platform, you are able to enter data into form fields through the Adobe Reader app. On Windows phones (the Icon specifically) PDF form fields cannot be filled out. If I open the same PDF on my old android phone, no issue at all. I can completely fill out the PDF and email the completed document. Any idea why this is? Is there any PDF viewer for Windows phone that fills out form fields?
