Finally found a bug in WP8.1!!

I set a reminder for taking my multivitamins at time.

But today when I looked at the lock screen notification about the reminder at 9:00 am it was written 2:30 pm tomorrow but the reminder was for every day and the reminder also made an alarm today at 2:30 pm.
anyone else noticed that?

That's not a bug. It understands that you need your pills everyday and hence the daily alarm if I understood you correctly.
