Finally found a stand-alone data toggle I like

Upper right. Cellular Data by Microsoft. BTW, that white rectangle is White Screen of Life flashlight. Now that we can toggle brightness in the Action Center, it's pretty usable on the L520. I use Car Dash as a glance substitute. It keeps the screen from sleeping/locking when plugged in and shows time and battery status in real-time.
