Find my phone not working.

Just checking my account and notice it hasn't recorded the location of my phone since September last year. It is enabled in settings. I've put my number into my MS account, but it still can't find my phone. I am currently roaming, so wonder if this is the problem ( but I haven't been roaming since Sept!). (1020, w8.1, UK but roaming on Isle of Man.)

Is your GPS turned off in location settings?

Thanks for the reply. My GPS is turned on in the location settings.

Any other suggestions...anybody? I've got form for losing stuff, would feel better if I knew find my phone was working.
