Isn't the key the same as all Windows 8 devices, where it isn't on the actual device and is hard coded to the bios?
Are you trying to upgrade to Win10?
If so do an in place upgrade and skip it when it asks for the key.

There are apps that will help you find the key if really necessary. But as the above poster suggested, it is on the BIOS chip on the motherboard.
