Finding hard to reply to posts in forums.

Hello, I'm not entirely sure if it's a restriction or a bug, but sometimes the reply icon in forums are grayed out and. I can't reply to comments made as i please... I do see the 'quote' icon, but when i do use it, I'm not seeing the quoted message updated in the forum conversation. (I have the latest wc app update, with latest production build)
