I have to ask this question . Since i bought the phone , i never received any phone updates . So my question is , what is your current firmware version of your Lumia 920?

You haven't received any updates because non have been released for your region/carrier yet. The Portico update is being rolled out in phases and may not be available for all 920's at the same time, even if they are on the same network.
For what it's worth my 920 is on OS version 8.0.9903.10 and Firmware revision number 1232.2110.1244.3003 which is an unbranded CV_GB 920 and hasn't received any firmware/OS updates either.
My heart sank when I realised that Nokia had gone back to the bad old days of fragmented software updates and find it extremely annoying and frustrating when networks in the UK get the update before unbranded/carrier free handsets.

I see. Thanks for helping me out :grincry:, it really does help me feel better. I thought something wrong with my phone, but i kinda relieve since we have the same OS version. Again, thank you sir.

Happy to help. The Portico update should be with the rest of us by the end of March hopefully, so another six weeks to wait.
