That guy is only guessing it will be released due to this final testing stage. He could be right but I'm thinking Microsoft will make us wait a few more days.

No guarantees - sometimes you will, sometimes you will not. Buggy.

Honestly, if you have a Lumia, it's easy enough to rollback. Just ensure all your important data is backed up and go for it if you're the adventurous kind. Anything does wrong, use the software recovery tool to rollback to 8.1.
