First sign in after boot up, my screen flickers

Dunno why, but the first time I sign in after a boot up, every time, my screen flickers black for less than a second. It's starting to bother me. I even adjusted the latency and sample time registries to see if it would solve the problem, but it did not. How can I solve this problem?
