How to fix Single Clicking when Double Clicking Option Enabled?

I have Installed new custom window too but still have problems.

Please Help Me Guys.

Are you talking about your mouse? I don't think this is an OS issue. I'd look at your mouse first

No this is os related problem.

Did you at least try with a different mouse? I'm only mentioning this, because I had the same issue with my previous bluetooth mouse.

Yes i have tried.

This issue is folder options related there is Enabled double click for opening anything but all options are opening with single click.
