Fix for setup hanging on "Setting up a Few More Things" on an upgrade

I ran into an issue where setup would hang at 83% on "Setting up a Few More Things" while upgrading. To fix it, I went into the "users" folder and clicked on all the accounts in there. There was one that I didn't have permission to. I gave my user account permission and then attempted the install again. It worked that time. Hope it helps someone else.
