FIXED standby battery drain

So through various trial and errors. The culprit in my case was mail app. I had it set to fetch email when they arrive. This greatly reduced my battery life. I change it to get mail hourly and now my standby battery drain is almost non existent. It dropped 3 percent in 10 hours in standby.
