Flash Lumia 822

Hello. Can anybody tell me the name of that Nokia application that you use to flash a bricked phone. It's not Nokia Care Suite. I think there's another one that Nokia officially released to make it easier for users. I remember there was a post about this but I can't find it. Thanks!
