Adobe is not developing flash for phones anymore, they stopped over a year ago. Blackberry did once a upon time however flash brings a whole host of issues with it hence why they removed it in OS 10.3.1 i believe. So no there is no flashplayer for any recent mobile o/s.

What people use on Android is a retro flash hacked in that is full of vulnerabilities that will never get patched. I'm still waiting for HTML5 to kill Flash on desktop.
