Flashed with firmware from other country, but product ID still the same

Hi,
I have one question, which has been maybe already answered here, but from some reason search function on this site does not work. (tried firefox and google). But that's not important.
I am wondering if I will get new updates if I have flashed lumia 920 with firmware from other country, but product ID stayed the same - country of origin of lumia 920.
I have latest firmware, so I can not test it ... new update of 1308 is probably coming, but maybe you will be able to anwer my question.

As firmware updates are tied to product codes flashing a firmware from a different country will make no difference. You still have the same product code and will only receive updates intended for that product code.

thanks for anwer, it is possible to change product ID? it has been possible with symbian
