Flashing blue screen?

So... Um...

Not sure what's going on, but my Surface Pro 4 won't start and it is just a flashing all blue screen with a loading screen icon in the middle...

I've tried doing a force reset (got the UEFI screen to show up) but restarting from their brings the same crazy screen up...

Anyone else experience this and fix it? Do I have to take it back and get another one? Ugh...

Leading confirmation this evening, my tablet froze twice too... not cool...

Well, I solved my own issue.

It wasn't necessarily a SP4 issue, but a general Windows 10 issue. I ended up just downloading a refresh image of SP4 from microsoft and fully resetting the computer.

I'll wait till some of the issues are resolved before I bring my family's profiles back on to it... and I'll refrain from using Windows Hello till it gets fixed...
