Flashing RM-984 ROM into a RM-985

Hey guys, I'm from Latin America(Hola) and I just wanted to know if I can flash the Finland ROM of the Lumia 830(RM-984) into the Latin American 830(RM-985). Also, would it have problems with the LTE bands?

I believe that I could bring some problems with the LTE frequencies because RM-984 won't allow LTE on band 4.
Here in Colombia that's one of the most used LTE bands (just one carrier works in a different band)
