This is my first windows mobile. How do I start flashlight using the camera flash on Lumia 950?

Pull down the notification area from the top. Just under the settings icons there is an "Expand" option. Tap it, and you should see "Flashlight" listed there. Tap it and the light comes on. Tap it again, the light turns off.

You can also ask Cortana to turn the flashlight on and off. Great feature, honestly.
