Flip to silence not working

After cyan update, flip to silence no longer works. It works before cyan. I am on T-Mobile. Is it just me? If it is just me, I will like to do a reset.

Have you tried restarting your phone? Just press the power button until you are prompted to slide the screen down to turn your phone off.

If this doesn't work, then try a soft reset. Just press the power button and the volume down button together until your phone turns off and vibrates. This will not erase your data.

Not working on my 1520 either but I think it was a dev preview update that broke mine.
