Floating Tile Notification System - Concept

Hi while reading the notification center thread, it gave me an idea on improving Windows Phone notification while keeping most of the windows phone UI element,

Here's what I have in mind

To keep the UI and UX element of Windows Phone while implementing something like a chronological notification system, I actually do have a concept that sounds very Windows Phone-ish. I call it the ?Floating Tiles? Concept. That is your tiles will float to the top of the Home Screen whenever it received the latest notifications. And pair this concept with ?Fixed Pinned Tile? option for each tiles so that you can permanently put tiles (which ever you like them to be) into permanent position. These two concepts will allow you to easily find the familiar Me Tiles, Phone tiles or SMS tiles or whatever you want to put it into fixed position while allowing those infrequently used tiles to float and ?buzz? you for incoming notification chronologically on the most top position the system allows (if not restricted by the fixed tiles) .
