Fm in lumia 950

Third party apps "RADIO FM PHONE" , i am using in L640xl with no issues but the same apps in L950 cause problem. In 950, when i am opening the apps, it is showing a message" FM receiver not found or your windows phone 8 software is outdated".

AFAIK lumia 950 lacks FM hardware/chip. So it won't work.

The Lumia 950 has the hardware. . I found a few that makes the built in fm hardware work. Make sure you have wired headphones on. Also if any app struggles to find a station. Press volume keys on side of phone then you get the drop down volume which you can tell the fm to search for a station for you. here an app I use on my Lumia 950.

The Lumia 950-950xl have the hardware. The radio apps were even present in the phone until the company decided to remove support for them.
