focus flash internal sd card?

does the flash have an internal sd card that could be swapped with a larger one?

Not sure but most likely, no..

You would have take apart the phone to really find out, I have not seen a teardown posted on the net for a flash yet.

Can't Wait for WP8 with SD support. Then I can store more than 2gb of Music and not have to swap it out every few days.
