I believe it takes a registry hack. You can try this but be careful: [App][W10M] Font Style App - Update v1.7.23.? | Windows 10 Mobile

The Developer Settings they mention is found in Settings->Update & security->For developers and choose developer mode. As for Interop, check out this post: http://forums.windowscentral.com/mi...sues-lumia-950-t-mobile-help.html#post3537318

The version of it might have changed though from then to now.
