How are u guys getting the phones unlocked? i have a htc trophy on verizon and i dont see anything on unlocking it

You can always pay for an AppHub subscription 
There's also an officially sanctioned method that is coming soon that is supposedly cheap, much cheaper than the $100 AppHub fee.
As for unofficial methods, I don't know if anyone has done it. I browse through XDA occasionally and I can't recall seeing anything.
