Force reboot to resolve connectivity issue

Hey, I'm new to this forum from India and brought a new Microsoft Lumia 640xl. I am encountering some issues in my Lumia. But for last two days once i switch the SIM I use to connect to the internet ( being a dual SIM) the data doesn't toggles on ( it shows that is on but it doesn't seem to be working ) and the only way to resolve this issue ( what i have found in until now ) is to reboot but this solves it temporarily. It's there anyone here with a permanent fix . Thanks in advance.
