Force remove app

Hello,

I just bought a lumia 950. after powering on it done a load of updates. During the updates it seemed to install a second copy of "Lumia Help+Tips". The previous version is still there but a) has a broken icon b) doesnt load c) wont uninstall.

I've tried a reboot but its still there. Long tap -> uninstall does nothing.

Is anyone else getting this? is there a way i can forcefully remove it?

Try

Settings->System->Storage

Tap the device where your apps are stored, then "apps & games"

Long-press on the app name in there and attempt to force the delete from there.
