I tried to install a window 10 ISO DVD but it didn't work, what can I do to to log on to my laptop?

On another computer or from mobile, go to Microsoft?s Sign in page. Enter your email address and click can?t access your account. Then follow the steps to create new password, then as long as your computer is connected from lockscreen you can use the new password.
