Forums Need to Be Consolidated- It Be Fragmented Like Android ; )

Love the forums, but my only suggestion is to cut the forum subtopics by about 50%. It's way too fragmented and I think it's overly subdivided.

For example I think the Windows 10 Hub should just be:
- Windows 10 General
- Windows 10 for Phones

The separate sections for Windows 10 tablets and pcs is overkill. As is the subtopic of W10 technical preview- those threads will work there way out as the RTM version of W10 is released.

There is also redundancy with "Windows Central News" and "Microsoft News and Discussion"; they can be merged.

Also "Windows Phone Concepts and Dream Devices" and "Upcoming Devices & Rumored Devices" should just be merged under "General Windows Phone Hardware"

"Stuff for your windows phone" should also be eliminated, there is a thread about wallpapers in the Windows Phone area and games appears under Microsoft Extras> Windows Apps and Games not to mention Gamers Corner>Gamer's Lounge.

There are a lot more examples but I think you get the idea. I'll gladly help out if time is an issue (I know everyone has day jobs and/or school).
