iNi Reader is a new feedly client for windows phone 8.1 with a modern user interface. Feedly is a news aggregator application for various Web browsers and mobile devices running iOS, Android and Windows Phone, also available as a cloud-based service. It compiles news feeds from a variety of online sources for the user to customize and share with others. Feedly was first released by DevHD in 2008.

The application supports a slide view like the official feedly android application. The application supports below features

I want to give it a try but it won't let me download it from the Windows Phone Store. US resident and I have Windows Phone Developer Preview installed on my Nokia 810. I'm running Windows Phone 8.1 Update, the latest OS update.

The application must be accessible from all windows phone 8.1 devices. Can you try again later? Sometimes there might be problems with store itself and the problem will disappear after sometime.
