I've just released my first big app for Windows Phone. It's a client app for the popular Kayako help desk ticketing system. I initially started developing the app independently, but it was picked up part way through development by Kayako and I've now released it as the official Kayako Mobile app for Windows Phone!
I've been working to create the most natural and native-feeling experience possible for managing support requests on the phone - I'd love to hear your feedback. I know that few people will actually be able to use the app (you need to be a Kayako customer), but hopefully you can get a good idea from the screenshots.

Full ticket management on-the-go
