Freezing and Battery issues

My Lamia 730 is in Bad condition !!!

Today morning it's all started.

It's almost 6 hr. My battery is only at 22% it's decreases not increases.

And From few months.. My phone Get frezz.. Don't know,what happens.. And it get frezz.. I have to reboot it.

Help me out guys..

Now I feel,.. Windows was Wrong Choice!!!

What apps are you running?

How is your signal strength?

Have you put it on a charger, but it is still draining rather charging? If so, are you using the AC wall charger or PC USB charger?
