FROM 10 to 8.1 and phone brick....

I instaled windows 10 prewiev, and it was lagging and other... Then i instaled from 10 to 8.1, and now hawe red screen and big text NOKIA.
Cant do anithing, tryed every thing on internet, forum and other. New phone? Or i still ca do something?

did u try doing it by using Windows Recovery tool once again?
