From Nokia Lumia 625 to Lumia 930

Hi there -
I upgraded my WP8 to Nokia Lumia 930 recently and although the Windows Phone App displays the new phone correctly the Windows phone web page continues to showed the old phone. I therefore removed the old phone and thought that thru' sync the Lumia 930 would eventually appear.
No such luck. Trying to download any apps using the webpage I am told to get myself a WP.
Any idea how to fix that?

Did you use the same email address for both phones when initially setting it up? It should recognize your phone on windowsphone.com if you logged on with the same credentials you use on your phone.

You could also try downloading a few apps directly from your phone and see if they appear in your app history online.
