Front Facing Camera Not Working.

My 950XL's front facing camera has stopped working, and rebooting, or factory resetting has not fixed the problem. I have found some threads online that say this is a hardware issue. According to what I found, the pins on the logic board that connect to the camera module ribbon have been known to come loose and therefore the camera module isn't detected. My question is has anyone else encounter this problem, and if so have they been able to fix it without messing around with the hardware? I don't want to either pay to get it fix or do the hardware fix myself unless I really have to.

I'd say hardware issues, since you mentioned about the pins on the logic board. You can get a new part for the front camera module from sites like eBay or AliExpress and replace it altogether.

it's a hardware issue, you need to replace the front camera circuit...
