Basic troubelshooting would be to remove the game and reinstall it. Hope it has a cloud save feature or sth else along those lines so you can keep your current progress.
If that doesn't work or if it isn't an option, you'll need to mail the developers. Contact info should be somewhere under settings (about section?) in the game or you can check the contact info in the store (download page of the game).
