Fry's Sale - $99 ATT Yellow 920 OFF CONTRACT

I just switched to att and I am using a crappy 520, I was waiting on a new high end phone announcement but it looks like att will be waiting a bit for a new flagship. I saw a post on wmpoweruser about fry's selling 920's (yellow only) for $99 off contract. Someone posted that this was contract only and I think the news item was deleted. I just want to confirm it is WITHOUT contract price and I picked up one today. That price is a steal even if it is an older phone!

One more thing, when I tried store pickup on the website it kept failing even though it showed as in stock. Just call the store and have them hold it for you.
