full screen cortana popup randomly

This just happened twice today. Cortana has popped up in full screen mode but I didn't say hay cortana or anything like that. The first time it said something like not compatible on my device and the second time I just closed it immediately. I'll wait around next time, take a screen shot or see if i can get more information.

Anyone else experiencing this?
