Same thing with EE and phones4u here in the UK too. It's almost as if they're trying their best to make sure no one buys these phones!

I have signed up for an update from every source that even claim to be able to get the phone. Orange, Nokia, P4U, ee, a few other online retailers, Microsoft. Nothing from any of them. Poor show people, poor show.
