FUZE - Static noise and heating

Folks - got this one a couple of days ago and not sure if this is a problem with this device or all fuze phones. It heats up pretty quickly (near the speaker end) and gives static noise when placing a call or closing some options.
Did anyone else experience such problems? I might go and have the device replaced/switched.
Help is appreciated.

Take it back, Ben. Tell them it's unacceptable and have 'em replace it.

Replacement works well

Glad to tell you folks, the device replacement worked. The new ones not giving static and performing better on heating. Cheers!!!

Good deal, Ben! Just for the record, my phone gets warm when I use it, but it's so subtle that it's impossible to tell if the warmth is actually coming from within. I heard it said once that God gave us ears because he felt we needed radiators, and the warm phone may just be a byproduct of that.
