Games live tile avatar

I changed my avatar months ago on my Xbox but my old one still appears on my Games live tile on my Lumia 920. When I open the app the correct avatar is there. I tried to unpin and repin it hoping that would refresh it but that didn't work. Not a huge issue but it just annoys me. Anyone have this happen to them? Any suggestions on how to fix?

Change your avatar style from the phone. What I usually do is change his ring or something not too noticeable and that fixes it. Avatar are still messed up though, they're just random screenshots on the tile and in games, I hope this improves.
