I know this may be a long shot but has anyone had any luck sync'ing their Garmin Index Smart Scale to the Garmin Connect Mobile app?
I recently bought both a vivosmart HR+ and the Scale.
I had no issues setting both up through the mobile app, however the scale doesn't seem to sync.
When I get on the scale it correctly displays my name and appears to load the data to the wireless network...however it doesn't appear within the mobile app (vivosmart HR+ has no issues with syncing)
I know the vivosmart HR+ is an older device, curious if this is an example of a newer Garmin device not being "compatible" with our mobile app (see vivoactive 3)
