Are you sure it's GDR2 and not the random reboot update? I just checked for updates on my AT&T 1520 and it says I'm up to date.

Now arriving on my 1520.3... Random Reboot patch, even though the Stop Restart App says I'm in the clear.

Anyhow... I sincerely doubt ATT is beating the Country Variants to the OTA push on Update 2.
