Hi,

I think everyone must have faced problems adjusting volume while listening music. No matter you increase or decrease, the volume of music player doesn't change and keeps constant to the volume set when the music player is launched.

You have to close the music player completely and then adjust the volume and then launch the music player to listen to the song at your desired volume.

Is this issue/bug being taken care of in GDR2?

What?? Are you saying that one can't change music volume once it has started after launching the music player??

I don't think everyone has faced that problem. I'd like to think that I'm among everyone and this is the first I'm hearing about it.

This one's new to me as well. Sounds like a defective device. Not surprising, since everyone I know personally who's had a Nokia WP has had some kind of problems. (assuming it's a Nokia)

Is this issue/bug being taken care of in GDR2? Nope. I still face it sometimes after updating my Lumia 620 to GDR2.

Yes, this bug really does exist. I am not sure it's nokia's problem. I am using Nokia Lumia 620. I have tried rebooting and factory reset. It keeps coming back. But I noticed something. If you only use windows players (Music+videos), you won't face any issue. When you install other music players and use them, such as, Nokia music, Musixmatch, ttpod, Listen, then the bug rises and the volume remains the same even if it is adjusted. Reboot/factory reset will only give temporary solution. When we use the external music apps, the bug rises again. It's highly likely that it could be because of OS.

No it isnt a nokia problem i have been facing this problem sometimes on my W1 but it hardly ever happens so its fine with me.
