gdr2 problems on lumia 520

I have just received gdr2 and amber update for my lumia 520 after i download it and the mobile restart it doesn't want to open and give me this

Hard Reset the phone and see if fixes the problem, if does not, try reflashing the phone Nokia Care Suite or Software Update Tool.. If neither of those work, contact Nokia..

How did you flash your 520 wasn't it only for 820 or 920?
