GDR2 Threads

Well now that Update 3 and Black is being pushed out, I was wondering if we should unstick the GDR2/Amber threads in most device forums?

Just make sure that GDR3 is out for that device. The big issue with this is not every network releases the update at the same time. Just keep that in minded when you are doing the audit.
